Life and work partners, Alan & Sue are the faces of Scarab London. Their bespoke, classic and contemporary designs are inspired by and feature the exquisite gemstones cut by Alan, a lapidarist with over 46 years’ experience sourcing and cutting rough gemstones. Platinum, 18ct yellow gold and silver, frequently textured and often combined, are used to showcase those designs and Alan and Sue’s passion for the jewellery and the stories that they create. In addition to their bespoke designs, they accept commissions and will remodel loved but unworn jewellery to give them a new story.
