I am fascinated by forms that have no beginning and no end – forms that flow freely as if created by nature. I create jewellery, curves of which live their own lives and only in passing find themselves on our bodies. For example, wrapping around a finger, in the shape of a ring, or hanging on a chain, in the shape of a necklace.
Influenced by decades of constrains in architecture and design engineering, I resolve the technical complexities of manufacturing and structural integrity, while simultaneously enabling the created forms to express themselves and to flow free.
