Jessica Jue

Jessica Jue is a silversmith and jeweller based at The Goldsmiths’ Centre in London. Known for her sculptural aesthetic, she reinvents traditional silversmithing techniques to create contemporary pieces defined by fluidity, balance and movement.

Inspired by ideas of harmony, Jessica works with organic, flowing lines that bring a sense of rhythm to her forms. She sculpts each piece through the ancient art of hammering and enriches the surfaces with textured patterns and painterly layers of gold.

Jessica has received multiple accolades from the Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council Awards, and her work is represented in major collections including National Museums Scotland, The Goldsmiths’ Company and the V&A Museum. She is a regular exhibitor at Goldsmiths’ Fair and has presented work at international events such as Homo Faber in Venice and Collect Art Fair. She trained at the University of Edinburgh and completed a postgraduate residential course at the Bishopsland Educational Trust.
